What is Reach for the Stars?
Reach For the Stars!! Is a pledge Based reading incentive program that
puts books in the hands of children and rewards them for reading, as
well as benefiting the school or organization cash and/or books.
What is Your organization's Need?
Reach for the Stars is very flexible. Please let me know how I can
best help you. Together we can help children around you know the
joy of reading and have the opportunity to choose their very own
Usborne Books to keep!
How does your organization benefit?
This pledged-based reading incentive program returns over 100%
pledged back to the organization and students in a combination of
award-winning Usborne Books and cash!
What is the goal of the program?
The goal of the Reach for the Stars program is for the children to
read, or be read to, for a minimum of 300 minutes over a two week
period. This is an average of 30 minutes per school day. It is also
the recommended amount of time that experts encourage for daily
reading.
Who can participate?
Any organized group of children; schools, classrooms, clubs,
Girl/Boy Scout Troops, preschools, church groups, and home school
groups.
